While performing oil purification, the device can also carry out on-site transformer maintenance simultaneously. The fully automatic TIC control system, supported by all necessary sensors, allows you to monitor the entire process. Thanks to its flexible interface, it provides both audible and visual alerts to prevent possible malfunctions.
With the maintenance sensor in the vacuum line, real-time measurements can be monitored. The oil sensor prevents potential environmental or equipment damage caused by oil overflow due to overfilling. The system not only saves time but also protects against possible damages.
Since the device is integrated with a vacuum system, it offers complete control over sequential processes.
The SED400 – SED6000 flange-type, resistance-equipped heat exchanger is made from stainless steel and has a much longer lifespan compared to ordinary autoclave heaters. Its design allows for easy cleaning. The heat transfer surface is designed to deliver 1 watt per cm², ensuring homogeneous heat distribution into the oil.
Unlike conventional autoclave heaters, which may loosen over time and cause short circuits that can damage the entire system, this device is built to minimize such risks.
